Great Burger Press
Made burgers with this for the first time today. Use 80/20 beef and follow directions on package (not William Sonoma video). Made great 2/ 3 lb. stuffed burgers before cooking. Shrank appropriately for standard buns. Delicious with turkey bacon, jalapeño, and cheese stuffed inside. Make sure meat is cold so it sticks less to press. Took about an hour to prep and make 10 burgers the first time, so don’t wait until the time you want to grill. Fun family activity to make your own stuffed burger your way. Kids will need help pressing hard enough.
