  I ordered wrong manual. My fault. Contact seller request to change to correct one. NO RESPONSE. Wait 2 days and and put in cancellation. Wait 3 more days and seller rejected cancellation. 10 days after ordering still no response and not shipped. Contact eBay/PayPal for help dealing with this seller. They contact seller. Wait 3 more days and seller FINALLY refunded my money. None of this was necessary if selling would have just switched to the correct manual cancelled. Poor customer service.
