light was junk---tried it on 120 volts and it made three blinks and quit----opened it up and found the bulb was all corroded, and the lead to the igniter was green and crusty from corrosion, and the 60 microfarad capacitor was dead--thus the reason it did blink 3 times....the red and white leads, cut off just below the conduit entrance, were all green and corroded inside too----this strobe has been removed from a caustic or outdoor environment, probably because it quit working, and other than the outer shell, is junk.....don't buy.....
