Imposible to contact seller reason given out of perimeter of ebay. Item received Many thanks. Payment made on 13th August. Item sent 26 August. Why the delay. When the package arrived had to pay aprox 20% more for the item. An unexpected surprise.

In the description, it said that the watch needed to be oiled and could use service. The watch did not work when it arrived. When told, the seller felt that his description was sufficient and that he did all that he could do. It would have been nice to know that it didn't work. In my mind, not working and needing service is not the same. The only positive was that the shipping costs were low...the rest of the experience was below average.
