Good quality, great price
This pillow has helped reduce my neck pain. However, I do recommend that you check the dimensions on the pillow because the neck roll portion is a bit too wide for my neck. I wake up on the wide part sometimes and have to intentionally position myself on the indented part. There was no smell out of the box.

If you are a woman get 2 sizes down.
The size chart for the shoes is wrong. Women should size down 2 sizes instead of the recommended one. Otherwise, the shoes are a great price.
