  1) The dress has an odor. 2) When I spoke w/seller about high shipping cost, she told me to make an offer a few dollars less than listed price & she would accept my offer. I did as instructed & she did not accept my offer. 3) She crammed a heavy fabric lined dress size 22W into a 9x12 flat rate paper envelope with a postage cost of $7.95. BUT, she charged $13.20 shipping! The envelope was torn in several spots w/fabric being exposed. The dress wasn’t even wrapped in plastic on the inside.
