  Pallet was not authentic I took it to Sephora and confirmed that it wasn’t, after some back and forth with the seller I was refunded but wasn’t provided the shipping label to return it.

  Imagine you own a beauty brand and a subscription box company started sending fakes of your product in a subscription box to millions of people. You’d be suing them faster than you could pick up the phone to call your attorneys. There’s no possible way a brand would let that slide. The dollar amount on the harm possible in that would put Ipsy out of business in one lawsuit. Like everyone else said, brands often use cheaper packaging for products that are going out in sub boxes. Kept the product.
