Best quick tightner for tent/tarp guide lines
I am an avid camper and been so for 50 years. I have tryed most all the different types of line stays, many which are much more complicated then need be for this purpose and because of some wrap arounding that they need, you cannot get them as snug.
This simple stay is by far the best for ease of use ( quick easy tighten and loosen) and quality of holding power (I use 550 paracord, or similar 1/8" line).
The first of this type I got at Campmor many years ago and were unfinished aluminum and were fine, I still use many of them, then they quit selling them. I was very happy to have found these, and they have a nice paint or powder coated finish, and the price cannot be beat! Buy them, they work.

Exact same fuse I paid Snap-on 10$ for several years ago - very pleased!

Nice little line tightener
Works well even with small diameter #18 Masons line that I use for my hammock tarp, holds very positive and solid but is a little difficult loosening, some others are easier to loosen for quick adjustments. This is why I only gave it 4 stars.
