Awesome Piece of History
These coins are a bit small, but the detail is amazing. The story behind this silver makes it a great conversation piece beyond the value of the coin. My sons and wife kept "oohing" and ""awing" as they asked me more questions about the coins.
These are flawless proof state coins in individual coin flips. Now I have to order a larger one for a better look at the stunning reverse. Items like this make collecting coins fun and you can enjoy an investment in more than one way.

Great Historic Combination
The first time I saw this set I knew I wanted one. I really like how both coins are in one special holder. The only change I would like would be if the silver dollar had the lettered edge, but it really doesn't distract from the historic event that they commemorated in this set.
I don't get caught up in the "hysteria" at times that get whipped up about modern coin releases, that being said I think this was well done and was very reasonably priced. If you get a chance to get one I would say go for it.

A Great Resource
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been unable to put this book down since I received it. They're so many pearls of wisdom as I'm reading, I find myself taking notes and marking items to research further later. This work sheds a lot of light on an impending disaster that has befallen every major civilization. We would all do well to listen to those reasoned studious souls among us that only want us to try and obvert the next melt down. I'm not a pepper, or a doomsday type of guy, but I do have enough sense to try and listen when, those people that are watching out for these calamities, start sounding the warnings louder and more frequently.
I think far too many believe "the old" rules no longer apply or that this time it can be handled differently. I don't have much faith in either point of view. I hope that I can learn enough, quickly enough, to put my house in order so I will be able to at least be able to take care of my family.
Read with an open mind and look at the news that's being delivered each day and judge for yourself if that piece of paper in your wallet is worth anything, or if those "digital" dollars are going to maintain their worth. What happens when you can't log in or when you do "someone" has moved some zeroes around? Can't happen? Ask someone in Cypress.
Thank you for writing this book sir and I thoroughly enjoyed the reading of the draft from your new book and look forward to adding it to my library.
