Life changing!
Barry Neil Kaufman's Option Therapy--as illustrated in GIANT STEPS--is the most compelling form of pyscho-therapy I have ever experienced. I've spent over 40 years working with at risk youth and seen a lot of different methods, but Option is hands down the most life changing, flexible, non-invasive, and self-affirming. It has worked to help me overcome my own emotional baggage and I've seen it help others too. It is both simple and profound. GIANT STEPS is worth reading and re-reading for parents, teachers, and any one working with young people or adults.
