Pretty good just a little firmer than expected.
Found the cushion to be a little firmer than expected, but kept it for my dad to use underneath a softer cushion. I think it is just fine as an extra support cushion for my dad in his transporter that he sits in all the time.

The price was good and it holds a charge longer than the one attached to the laptop I bought 1 1/2 years ago.
