powerful suction/cleaning
1 of 1 found this helpful I still got a good deal, but the unit is some kind of mfg error. It works fine, strong and all, just there is a piece to switch from floor cleaning to hose and that is not there but rather just a standard hose and connector piece. It's all fine but it did throw me off a bit which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I can still use it for stairs and floor no problem, so I'm basically happy with purchase, just wish it was perfect. And to be fair, the clerk who checked it off to ship would not have known it had a defect.
