The item i order was send the same day i order it ,i received tracking number. Unfortunately package got lost during delivery process.About 3 days after we notice the package was not moving iwas offered a refund. I got my money back and i promised to return the item if it ever comes but i was told to keep it.I normally use Amazon for all my shopping.
