An RF experimenter's dream come true!
An extremely useful instrument for the serious RF experimenter at an affordable price! Its dynamic range is adequate for all but the most demanding measurements. The build quality is excellent, the user interface is friendly and ergonomically laid out. A big leap over a Nano-VNA!

A highly recommended HF antenna classic!
For those interested in functional amateur radio HF antennas, this is a book you shouldn't miss. Without being too technical, the author manages to clearly convey the correct basic ideas about antennas, enabling the readers to act on their own and experiment on a sound basis. Far from a "theory only" kind of book and geared towards the needs of the active amateur radio HF operators who perhaps face various antenna restrictions, the book contains dozens of easy-to-build designs that are certain to work as designed. The chapters progress in a logical order and are relatively short and to the point. The author's wide experience in building HF antennas shows through all of the book. Light-hearted, humorous but also precise, the text is a pleasure to read and read again. Although the powerful antenna simulation and analysis tools we have today weren't widely available in 1982, they can certainly be used with the book's designs and add to the fun of learning about antennas and then building them. After studying the book, you'll know how and why HF antennas work but also how to make them work in your amateur radio station for your own purposes.
