Sailor 1911 mechanical pencil

I bought this to complete a Sailor 1911S pen and pencil set. This is a difficult item to find in the United States. I have the Sailor 1911S fountain pen, and I absolutely love it. This pencil is very good quality, and I am very pleased with it thus far.

The Case of the Lucky Legs

This book is one of the volumes in the Perry Mason series written by Erle Stanley Gardner. This book is written in the hard-boiled style that was popular in detective novels of the time, and characterized Gardner's early volumes. The book has a good plot, and is well-written. The story holds your interest, and is hard to put down. It does keep you guessing until the last.

How Cooking Works

I first bought this book for my sister when she was learning to cook. It was still in publication at the time. This book addresses the science and technology of cooking in an easy to understand way. An understanding of this makes the difference between someone who can follow a recipe, and someone who can cook well. My sister is an excellent cook, and has been cooking for at least 25 years. She stated that she still refers to this book frequently. My work partner wants to learn to cook well, and the best way I can help him is to buy him a copy of this book. I was happy to be able to find it.
