Good quality, classic package
These are larger than some sail needles I've purchased before. If you're not familiar with them, the portion nearest the point is triangular cross section and larger than the round shaft nearer the eye. I believe this makes a large hole in the sail cloth for the thread or cord you are sewing with to pass easily through. Best to use these with a "sail maker's palm" sort of a leather thimble with which you push the needle with the ball of your hand.
These appear to be old stock. A few had minor rust or discoloration, but are fully functional. My package had more classic labeling inside.

Adequate quality, reasonable price
Got this for organizing small boxes in an older fixed shelf pantry. Plenty of strength for light weight items. Economical solution for my situation.

Versatile and accurate
I believe this is still available as a new product. Made of Lexan plastic. Seems durable enough to last a long time with careful use. Pin holding roller on mine is glued in place and has come loose, but this can easily be replaced with a nut and bolt if it becomes a problem.
Main advantage of this design is that the angle is adjustable so you can run the roller on a table and rub the blade on sharpening stones of various thicknesses, even very small ones, or even on emery cloth or sand paper. This is helpful because my rough stones, diamond stones and Arkansas finish stones are all different thicknesses.
With simpler models on the market, the angle is fixed and the fixture also rolls on the stone, so you need a somewhat larger stone to provide a surface for both blade and roller. Also, I suspect all chisel and plane blades may not be exactly the same angle, and with this fixture you should be able to adjust to the exact angle you need.
The adjustments seem to hold steady without slipping.
