  Boots were obviously not new as stated in description. There was debris inside, something stuck in the tread and creasing in the leather. Ebay was great and issued refund immediately. I never received a prepaid return label from seller which eBay informed me I would. A week and a half later seller asked for tracking info for the return. I explained I was not responsible for paying return shipping. Seller said "keep the shoes". I guess seller expected me to pay for their mistake.
