Didn’t show or state there were stats on the front of both shoes. When in the description I seen there was wear. And the picture showed a scratch. So when I went to return because you can’t wear them since the stained cover the entire fronts of both shows. One worse then other. I wrapped each shoe in bubble wrap and shipped in a priority mail padded envelope. There was no way they were poking out. I try my best to deliver quality products and ship properly. And she is also lying about the shipping. You could look on USPS TO SEE WHAT A PRIORITY MAIL PADDED ENVELOPE COSTS TO SHIP. I do NOT inflate my shipping. And that was not the reason I declined to refund her.
