If you have join pain it's well worth trying
My husband suffers from arthritis and learned about the avocado soybean unsaponifiables from his family overseas. He found the N'more Joint Health here and takes one everyday along with a chondroitin & glucosamine pill. He says adding the Joint Health to the C&G pill has really made a difference in relieving/avoiding arthritis pain. I recently tried it for the occasional arthritis in my hands. It took a week or so but I was then suprised how well it works. In my case it worked better than CBD oil.
It is admittedly pricey. So I only take it every other day when my pain increases. However, for my husband the relief he gets is well worth the money to take it daily.
