Best Shun Knife You Can Buy
I own a collection of high end kitchen knives to the point it’s ridiculous. I own several of the best Shun knives including from the premier line and several Miyabi SG2 knives. The Shun dual core line is my favorite and go to knives. You literally can easily get them hair shaving sharp eland they stay that way for longer than any other high end knife I’ve owned. If you can pick up this knife for 250 or less, go for it. You won’t be disappointed. Perfectly balanced as well. Awesome knife.

Awesome Chef Knife
1 of 1 found this helpful This knife is gorgeous and scary sharp out of the box. I also bought the matching premier pearing knife. The only two knives most will need for 90 % of prep work in the kitchen. Both stay very sharp. Just be careful not to chip by cutting bones or cutting on not wood cutting lards.
