  BEWARE of buying from this seller. Fake piece, Not Gold plated, Sphinx or crystal. Red Plastic disc fell out while opening box. Seller not honest. I Bought 2 other Genuine Sphinx brooches fr 2 Honest sellers on the same day. NP. Had direct, in person comparison Real vs Fake, in quality upon receipt of all 3. Dishonest sellers like Susan who refuse to admit her error and mistake gives Ebay a Bad Rep. Ebay should boot her. P

  BEWARE of selling to this BUYER! Buyer misread the description of the item and thought it was a signe brooch, and thought she was buying 2 brooches instead of 1. She had a hostile attitude when trying to resolve her complaints, so I asked Buyer to contact Ebay for resolution. Buyer has been refunded her entire purchase amount.

  The communication is not smooth, and the seller who has no credit asks for a refund of the freight difference after delivery, and does not reply to the email.

  This was a purchase for one item. The Buyer asked for a discount, so I reduced price $4.50, which was the amount of delivery fee. She then stated she wanted a $4.50 discount on the item and free shipping. I didn’t respond to free shipping, and Buyer was upset. Then Buyer gave bad review.

  Received a totally different product than I ordered. Contacted the seller, she wanted me to pay to ship it back to her when it was her mistake. I would beware if this seller. It would cost me more to ship it back than I paid for it.

  I responded too fast when Buyer told me she got the item and it was the wrong item. I told her to send it back, and I would refund her money. However, I erred in not “specifically stating” I would refund both money for item and money for shipping. I did resolve issue by refunding Buyers entire purchase & shipping fee.
