Natual Healthcare for Pain Relief
1 of 1 found this helpful Deep Blue is a topical blend of essential oils that is wonderful for aches and pains and sore muscles. Many times you rub the oils on your skin and you can feel immediate relief. We're all different, and it's like a science experiment to learn which essential oils work the best for you. Essential oils usually last about 2-3 hours and then need to be re-applied. Perhaps for some people the time frame will be less or more. Again, it's an experiment. With the FDA disclaimer, I must say, "We cannot claim to cure or prevent any disease." So with that out of the way, I will say that essential oils like Deep Blue are safe, effective and less expensive than over-the-counter or pharmaceutical medications. Also, if you experience burning or itching with this oil blend, immediately rub coconut oil or olive oil on the site and it will stop the sensation. Some of us have very sensitive skin, and essential oils are very powerful. You only use 1-2 drops on the area. If you use a carrier oil like coconut oil with it, it will stay on your skin longer as essential oils begin evaporating quickly. So if you are looking for long-term pain relief, layer coconut oil and Deep Blue on the site and you will experience pain relief.

Classic Comedy
The "Great Race" starring Jack Lemmon, Tony Curtis, Natalie Wood, and Peter Falk is classic comedy with some romance. I would recommend it for teens and older. It's always the bad guy (Lemmon) versus the good guy (Curtis) with a twist at the end. The family will enjoy this movie.
