Inspiring parable on following your DREAM. Get the DVD!
I first bought the DVD workship series, The Dream Giver, featuring Bruce Wilkinson before I read the book. Loved the DVDs! Very inspiring. More spiritual than religious. This book is a nice companion piece, but I highly recommend the DVD workshop, which is about 6 hours long. I found the DVDs to be much more compelling than the book.
If you are looking for a jump start on bringing your dreams into reality and not allowing yourself to get derailed, this is the book for you. The Dream Giver is an easy read, not a long book, user friendly.
Bruce Wilkinson takes you through the journey of how to move out of your comfort zone and embrace your dreams, come what may. He is reality based as far as addressing the obstacles everyone encounters on the trail of the Big Dream.

The first "Planet of the Apes" in the movie franchise starring Charlton Heston.
I saw this film when it was originally released in the movie theater. Not knowing anything about the story, I was completely drawn into the world of the primate planet and shocked by the ending. The actors are completely committed to their characters in bringing this futuristic tale to life. This was before CGI (computer generated imagery.) Great storytelling! Screenwriter is Rod Serling of Twilight Zone fame.

Jeremy Irons won an Oscar for his brilliant portrayal of Claus von Bulow. This story will captivate those who like the intrigue of an intimate look at the lives of the rich and famous in their glamorous yet unsavory world. (As of this writing - Claus von Bulow is still alive at age 92!)
