  The seller did an impressive job packing these glass items, but unfortunately, one of the glasses arrived completely crushed. Sometimes I think labeling the box with "glass" or "fragile" is like putting a bullseye on the box! And to think I paid $28.65 for shipping. Oh, well, life happens. Other than that, I really like the pitcher and the remaining 3 glasses.
