  I don’t know how to answer the question “Used rate 1-5”. I put 5 because any number below would be dissatisfied and 5 seems to imply it is badly used. The basket is in wonderful condition and just as described by the seller. I had a couple of questions and seller responded immediately.   I contacted the seller and she was quite nice. The shipment arrived today and 3 saucers were broken, the creamer, 1 bread & butter plate and 1 lunch plate were also broken. I took pictures and sent to her and she was devastated. She said to contact you (eBay).
