Awful experience. They advertise this as a "Real Mink" but the item that arrived is FAUX. I requested a return and a prepaid shipping label. The seller instead provided only their address for the return and claimed it would be $9.99 to send it back. Completely not true USPS estimated the return to cost $80.40 for 4lbs (one coat). I tried communicating to the seller to send me a "prepaid" return label and they will not. Do not work with this seller.

Do not work with this seller. They advertise this coat as "real mink" but the item that arrived is clearly FAUX. I requested a refund due to misrepresentation and requested a prepaid returning shipping label. They only provided their address and claimed it would be $9.99 for the return. This is not true, USPS estimated the return to cost $99.25 for 9lbs package (two coats). Poor communication with the seller. All together we bought 3 coats and it would cost nearly $200 in return shipping cost.

This seller has photoshopped the item to make it look nicer than it is. When it arrived, it is thin like paper and made like a disposable hospital gown, it has no warmth, the dye is only on one side, it looks like paper. When I requested return they told me that it would be costly and lengthy, rather than just offering to pay for their mistake and kindly send me a shipping label. Do NOT shop with these people, they do photoshop, and play games with the buyers, they are scammers, fraud.
