Poor picture & sound quality. Keeps losing connection to the WiFi & my WiFi speed etc has been checked & my other smart tv, phone etc all have perfect WiFi connection.

Really disappointed at the diffuser, my hair is naturally wavy & I usually straighten it, but wanted to embrace my natural waves... It ended up a ball of frizz (I even watched the how to videos to make sure I was using it correctly!!) The smoothing tool does NOT smooth the hair at all :( The brush is awkward to use as it doesn't rotate. I wish you could buy additional accessories, such as an air curling wand etc.
