    The item I received was NOT exactly as described. The description stated "Works Great" and it didn't because the the blades were completely worn out. I contacted the seller, explained the problem and suggested what I felt was the appropriate solution. I suggested that replacement blades needed to be purchased to make the razor "Work Great". The seller responded the same day and issued a refund for the cost of the replacement blades. This is a seller that exemplifies honesty and real integrity!
