Hook review.
I thoroughly enjoyed this film from start to finish. It was a tad surreal but that's the beauty of it.
I'm a big fan of Robin Williams -and the rest of the fabulously casted actors, and watching him on screen again at the top of his game was a great joy.
The film starts off with the cliche of 'the bad father' who has no time for his kids; Robin Williams "Peter Pan" is a big-shot business man (a bit of a yuppy some could say) and constantly lets his children down.
Hook progresses and the characters engage together which creates the fun-loving plot of Peter Pan.
Peter is suffering from some sort of amnesia and has forgotten that he was once Peter Pan.
Brief Synopsis:
His children are kidnapped by the evil Captain James Hook (Dustin Hoffman -truley amazing acting) and Peter must learn how to fly, learn how to fight and learn how to crow once again. He ventures forth back to Neverland to rescue his children and rekindle the old friendships with Tinkerbell (Julia Roberts) and The Lost Boys (no reference to the Vampire film).
I recommend this to anyone. Family fun film.

American Psycho Review
0 of 1 found this helpful I didn't hate this film nor did I love it. As 9/10 films made from books which fail, I thought this didn't do the book justice at all. Obviously you cannot show what happens in the book (the book was banned and had to be edited if you didn't already know) due to the fact that it's spine-chillingly gory.
Christian Bale portrays Patrick Bateman marvellously! His slim, toned, quick witty, pretty, rich boy character kills and rapes women in his spare time. Not that it's a personal quirk of my own, but I found this character very convincing. The way he can walk in and out of places with knives, axes and even nail guns just makes me laugh.
If you would like to see a yuppy killing people with 'romantic' affairs and homosexual banter with a touch of racism, this is the film for you.

Smells like heaven
By far the best smelling fragrance on the market. Honestly have picked up so many women whilst wearing this cologne. I swear by it.
