It is what it says, a pull over poly material cover
Well, I didn't see the photo of what it actually was...so hopefully this helps someone else. it is a thin poly material synthetic leather with two velcro straps and elastic around the edges. You stretch it over your existing cover. Not for glue on application like the pros do it.
