Has some design flaws but overall pretty good
I bought this laptop for Fedora Linux. I plan on mostly using it for web browsing, gaming, and pulling up the VPN to work remotely. There are a couple design flaws with this system. 1) The resolution is 768p... 1080p would have been nice. 2) in order to open it up you have to remove the rubber feet because the screws are underneath 3) closing the lid triggers a keycode that turns on airplane mode in Linux. Not sure if it affects Win. It can be disabled Other than those flaws, this system is great. The processor is really powerful and you can run some decent games on it. I upgraded the storage to 500GB and replaced the battery. I get about 3-4 hours of battery life with a fresh battery which is good but not great. I am fairly happy with my decision although the lack of 1080p is a little bit sad.

Worked with OLA out of the box
Installed ola on raspbian (Raspberry Pi) and had this working within minutes. Simple! Just needs an xlr gender changer female to male to use as a DMX light fixture ($5/5 ish). Now I can run a multi-video display, synced wirelessly via wireless DMX (donner).
