War rages on in space and in their hearts
2 of 2 found this helpful The series its self is slow to start however, once it gets going it doesn’t fail to disappoint. You kind of know from the start of series 7 that Star Trek: Deep Space Nine is coming to a close as open ended stories told throughout the series are wrapped up and drawn to an end. Season 7 concentrates on these series plots so much, you all too easy forget that there is a war going on, that is until the Dominion strikes at the heart of the federation; an attack on Starfleet HQ on Earth.
People die, people are reborn, new relationships start and old ones flourish. Gul De-Cut even becomes a B’jorian. There are twists at ever turn and underlining plots from Section 31; the Federations answer to the Obsidian Order. The Romulains and their Warbirds do not even shy away from confrontation of the war effort.
How will the war end? Enlist to Starfleet Academy today via Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Series 7 and find out. The Federation needs you!

Same plots, same great entertainment.
1 of 1 found this helpful Half way through season 6 you start to think to yourself: ‘Haven't I seen this one before?’ You then realise its 24 and you have but you are compelled to keep on watching to the end.
Season 6 is by far the best series for character development since most are the plots are unique to them. Previous episodes have just seen it being all about Jack however; season six is different on this which makes it more interesting to me. This season is not so keen to kill people off as before but be assured the token good guy will get killed somewhere along the line.
You cannot criticise season six too much though for going along similar plot lines since there were a lot of unanswered questions posed by season 5. And a lot of what took place in season 5 becomes relevant in season 6; in essence making it the sequel to season 5 rather than a new season all together. So expect assassination attempts, political subversion, Jack getting arrested and detained a number of times, CTU being breached and headed by a number of different people with internal reviews and that intervention from ‘Division’ wherever that place may be. The killings the betrayals, the orders and subordination; all in 24 hours.
This is 24, this is highly entertaining, this is the way we like it.
The boxset runs for 1001 minutes over 7 DVDs.Special features include:
Cast and crew commentaries
Prison break seaon 2 Ep 1
And much more.
