Good deep cleaner
The Crosswave did a great job cleaning our linoleum kitchen floor, hardwood great room and bedroom floors. The Crosswave was not able get into the corners or under some pieces of furniture like the smaller steam mops we've used in the past.

Disappointed with manufacture support
The bike was delivered very fast. There was holes in both sides of the box. The stem which holds the handle is bent so the handle is a few degrees of center. The front wheel needs the spokes adjusted to keep wheel true. The tube in the front tire leaks air front valve stem. Reported problems to manufacture over a week ago. The indicated someone would contact me. I have not been contacted. I bought the same model at a local store. That bike seems good.
