Waste of money and a poor design
Ran less than a few minutes in a bath tub before taking on enough water to become inoperable. Short version of the issue - the boat is not watertight, and moisture on the circuit board prevents it from working. There is also no easy method to dry it out, because of how it's put together. How do I know? I'm an engineer, so of course I disassembled it. It has five screws holding the top down, which are located under the portholes on the top face, and no sealant around where the two pieces join. Inside, you find the wire connections to the antennae, battery, and twin motors properly sealed with a dab of expoxy/glue to prevent water contact. However, the circuit board is completely unprotected, so as soon as any water enters the hull, moisture forms, the board does not work.

Used for my 4 year old for stadium and outdoor auto racing. Sound deadening as good as my more expensive pair.

Not working within one year!
I had seen this reported in other reviews, but had hoped for the best when I purchased it. Short story - the monitor freezes and basically locks up the controls. You can turn it off and back on and it will work for a few seconds, but it again freezes. Samsung's customer care was useless, has no fixes for the defect, and will not do anything because the warranty term is passed. I would recommend a Vtech monitor instead.
