Initially the PSP GO they sent me was not charging properly. The seller tried to help me through any quick fixes to get it working. When this didn't work they had me send it back and gave me a choice of refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement and they gave me a list of other PSP GOs they had listed. I chose one and received it. No issues with this one. All in all despite the hassle of the intial problem i got what i wanted in the end. I can say you can buy from them with confidence.
