Item returned as size was not as expected based on previous purchases of similar Superdry products. Ebay stepped in to execute a refund 4 days after successful delivery of my return. Seller states in item's description that their processing time for returns is 7-10 working days, but Ebay said I should have received my money back within 3 days. The latter felt more reasonable. Item quality was great, nevertheless. Ordered a different size which was good. All in all an "OK" experience.

Some confusion over delivery, three minutes before window closed (1pm - 2pm) email stating could not be delivered. Followed by another email stating it would be rescheduled ..and another email stating it was delivered - which it was! Other than that exactly as described.
