  As described, happy with item, but disappointed in shipping price. I purchased 2 items from SuperDave within 24 hours and asked if he could combine shipping (204805570968, 204805584623). The second item (-623) had a shipping amount of $39.20. His reply was: "I'm unable to discount this order any further." Then he ended up shipping both items together in a padded Flat Rate envelope, so adding the second item didn't cost him anything different (+$39). Again, happy with item despite postage.

  $39 to ship a 287g rear derailleur in minimal packaging. It arrived with scratches and no retail packaging that was indicated in the listing. I attempted to work it out with the seller, but he lied and said that’s how they come packaged from Shimano. It was clearly rewrapped in other packaging, various shipping labels and adhesive receipts for other items made up the bulk of the “padding”. The story about upgrading his bike and having these parts leftover is a lie.

  This Karen was offered a 100% refund. They declined. Their reading comprehension falls well short. I worked for VanDessel and we changed our spec from GRX to Ekar leaving me with hundreds of leftover - yet incomplete groups. That's accurate. This clown assumed the item was from my personal bike. I never said that.

  The seller has resorted to name calling, yet doesn’t dispute that shipping is overpriced, items do not include retail packaging and are poorly packaged. These should be listed as new(other), and the lack of retail packaging should be mentioned so the buyer knows what to expect. I did not return or leave negative feedback because although damaged it does function and I didn’t have time to return. And now a story about how these parts are acquired…why not be honest and say that from the start?

  Seller shipped this without the rear adapter, bleed blocks, shifter blocks, & retail boxes shown in the photos. Caliper is clearly unused but arrived with gouges I'm confident didn't happen in shipping. I tried to work it out with the seller, & he did offer to refund me but said I had to pay for return shipping. He sells wholesale/non-retail Shimano parts that he buys in bulk & his story about upgrading his bike and having these parts leftover is false. Prices are good but listing is misleading.
