Ear cushions fall off.
1 of 4 found this helpful Terrible design. The ear cushions fall off very easy.. I did not even get to use it 1 time. I charged it ..put it around my neck.. went about my daily routine .. went to use it and the cushion was gone.
It did not come with any extra cushions nor did it come with directions of what each button is for.
