  I purchased this item on Dec. 14th, a shipping label was created on the 15th. As soon as a label is created, ebays system marks it as shipped. It's now the 27th and i still haven't received the item. It was coming from GA, I live in OH, it definitely should've been here by now. This was a Christmas gift for my son and according to the original listing, it should've been here before that. I checked on it 4 times and the arrival date kept getting extended w/no communication from the seller.

  I clearly communicated to the buyer before shipping that the item was being shipped via a stamped envelope instead of a tracked package. The item was shipped on time, but appears to have been lost during shipping. Rather than reaching out to me for clarification when the package did not arrive on time, she opened up a claim against me. Despite this, I still responded immediately to her issue and politely refunded her money. Still, I received negative feedback for something outside of my control.
