They made an error with the items description, but were very quick in their reply and also open to their error and offered me a full refund or a discount if i kept it!   Service was very professional. very well packaged for delivery. Arrived in very good physical condition. The freight took longer than stated, but that's the postal services problem. Communication was superb and again professional. Just remember old computers, do not work properly with late versions of Windows. I will be more than happy to deal with Supercheap computers again.
