    Camco RV/Marine 43710 Chrome Showerhead

    Good, but could have been better designed.
    Shower head did give me a better flow and spray pattern with more selections than my old el cheapo one from my Forest River Flagstaff model, that also leaked. Not nuts about the water shut off switch however on this new Camco one. Kind of think the traditional style that has a button on each side of the head , that pushes in and out to turn on and off is better still than the hard to flip on and off one they put on this one, especially when your hands are wet and slippery. See other people felt this way too in prior comments. Camco should change this part of the design. This also was a little longer than my stock factory one in my Flagstaff trailer, and almost scraped the ceiling and was a little harder to get on and off the wall bracket as a result. Just my results.

    Made too flimsy, with not enough welds.
    Very flimsy compared to original GM quality. One little spot weld holds the center cup to tailgate bracket, where the original was bead welded all arouond the cup. Will definitely fall apart down the line as is. I had to add additional weld. You can use it if you are willing to do that.-

    Another RV product that should be made better quality.
    I am only recommending them as they are still better than not having them in at all, but Camco could have made these a lot better quality and fit for the money. These should have 3-4 plastic zip ties per screen to really hold tightly and prevent gaps (they only provide two zip ties per screen, which leaves gaps. I added some to mine). Also the fit was such that there was a gap at the curve in mine that bugs or even perhaps a determined little mouse could still get in. Should have been made more accurate. Ridiculous that Dometic refrigeratior plastic wall vents don't have a lot tighter spaced opening grate in the plastic to start with, that these screens are even needed for all the extra cost and grief putting them in!
