Awesome book
Awesome book. I really think this Doctor knows what he is talking about and he explains it very well and easy to understand. I believe that anyone with digestive issues should read this book. I have IBS and I have been following his protocol for the last two weeks. So far it has been great, no bloating, no internal pressure and no diarrhea. I'd recommend this book.

Good for the price.
It was good quality but the writing and the symbols were smaller than expected. I also had to put rubber bumpers on the bottom of the frame to keep from scratching the paint on the car.
