  This is the 2nd time I have ordered this particular hat in the size that I needed but the incorrect size was sent again.The manufacturers sewn in tag indicates a different size than the label stickers. The 1st ime this happened, the seller indicated they would speak to their distributor. However it has happened a 2nd time. I have asked for a refund, but have yet to hear back from seller regarding the current issue as I just received item today & just notified seller. Past refunds were issued.
