Hello my name is Samuel. I own and operate a small thrift store in Baltimore, MD. I am a normal everyday American with a dream to have a shop that can compete with GoodWill. I try to satisfy every customer. I am honest and never intentionally sell something broken, fake or defective just to make a dollar. If there is a problem and it was my fault I will do my best to fix it. I check all the items i sell to the best of my ability. My goal is to give you an item that doesn't hurt your wallet but also makes a reasonable profit to grow my business. I do my best to keep up with emails. Thanks for your support.

    Instead of receiving the screen saver, I received an empty box with several pamphlets inside. I contacted the seller about this. The seller responded with an offer that something else could be sent to me. I expressed to the seller, I would like to use the money I spent on Star Trek The Next Generation Screen Saver, to purchase The Original Star Trek Screen Saver he has, and, If this is not agreeable, I understand, I’d just like a full refund then. I am awaiting correspondence on this.
