Essential Tool, well priced
1 of 1 found this helpful YOu need these if you have to remove a later year head unit.
Don't fiddle with bits of coat hanger or similar, these are custom made for the job and for the price, are well worth the savings in frustration, believe me.

Absolute Best for hot beverages
I've not tried this for cold drinks, but it keeps my coffee good and hot for over four hours. Yes, it does take me that long to drink it as I only have a sip at a time, being an outdoor performer (busker).
A bit pricey ataroubd $32, but you are buying a quality made product.
Only reason I've gone through four of them is due to loss, not breakage or wearing out as they resist falls to the pavement very well. Only damage is cosmetic, these unitsare VERY robust.
