It does what the seller states
Good value , I looked at other brands but they offered nothing different to this one. It has a long electrical cable that doesn't show in the photo which allows choice of three pin outlet.

Same as
The remote was the same model as the one I was replacing, so I didn't have any problems setting it up. At 77yrs old this was a bonus for me.
