They work, but they're pretty bad.
They're not great IMHO. The good thing is that they're cheap and they arrived quickly. The bad is that they are very uneven when it comes to turning them. They go from semi stiff to super stiff while turning the knobs, almost requiring pliers to turn them. It made restringing a rather laborious task. Also, they have a lot of play in the gear mesh. I can get about a quarter turn on them before seeing a tune change on the headstock tuner. The gear ratio looks to be 14:1.
I personally used these on an entry level guitar with broken plastic knobs just to get it sold. I don't plan on buying them again.

Perfect fit. Easy install.
This came with everything needed to make the install very simple. The fitment was great and I was able to install it without assistance. I'd recommend a grinder and pry bar to assist in making room for the bolt plates to pass through into the frame. That's the most difficult part of the install. Another tip would be to leave the fishwire attached to the bolts while you hang the hitch in place. This will ensure that the bolts don't get pushed into the frame and make inaccessible.

Nice low-cost upgrade to the bike. I recommend it.
It works as advertised and installs easily if you simply follow the instructions. I've ridden it for a good distance and it is just loud enough to not be obnoxious, but makes the bike sound much better than stock. Minimal popping is heard from it, but it's to be expected without a tune.
