1 of 1 found this helpful Love it! Recipes are so easy. This is a book that makes you WANT to cook every recipe between its cover. Each has a beautiful picture and the recipes are so easy too. A few favs are the Hampton Clam Chowder, Chicken Noodle Soup, Smoked Salmon Spread, Buffalo Wings, Roasted Asparagus, ALL the salads, Oven Fried Chicken, Parm Chicken, Chicken Stew w/biscuits, Short Ribs, Fish w/Baked Chips, Turkey Sausage Lasagne, Shrimp Scampi, Mashed Yellow Turnips, Butter Nut Squash purée, Zucchini Parm, Provencal Tomatoes, Rosemary Polenta, Corn Pudding, Sautéed Spinach or Carrots, Wild Rice Pilaf, and so much more!
There are numerous desserts from cheesecakes, various scratch puddings & pies, Expresso Ice Cream, Trifles, PumpkinMousse, Coconut Macaroons, Tiramisu, oodles of breakfast/ brunch recipes (biscuits, French toast, frittatas (potato basil or smoked salmon), eggs, pancakes, berry yogurt, muffins. There’s also a section with kid friendly recipes. Parm Chicken Sticks, Mac & Cheese (fit for and adult comfort meal), homemade marshmallows, and more! You will LOVE this as a solid go to book.
