  Dissapointed, My fault, didn't ask questions. Clean xbox360 that may have been opened before. TRAY STUCK SHUT. It will not open. I will repair the tray but I wish I would have asked. The xbox360 was shipped fast and packaged great. Seller should be more forthright with descriptions.

  Terribly sorry about that. The tray should be fully functional as that unit had a belt replacement performed on it (which is why it had been opened).
