Great little sleeping spot

It did not rain when I used it so I don't know if it is waterproof. It is amazingly easy to set up and take down. I used it with out the mattress cos I was on the move... so it would probably take longer if I had...as far as lightweight...it depends on who is carrying it. There was a bit of wind where I was so I placed it strategically. I would not recommend as a backpacking tent, unless you are a big strong guy... It is comfy and cozy. I slept well and i'm very happy with the purchase :-)
