This Product Is Not Stool Softener

If you’re constipated do not take this product! You will have stomach aches and diarrhea with this product, after the “hard time” pass through. It will not soften up your stool! I was very uncomfortable for one hour, cause I feel like I have to go, a few hours after taking it but constipation was still there and I couldn’t go. I will highly recommend Senokot-S, it will soften up your stool.
